What is the process?

Simply book online instantly by following this link to our online booking platform. Select "Document already Notarised by an Australian Notary Public" as the document type. We will email you a free express post label for delivery of the original document to Swift Authentication from anywhere in Australia.

We provide free express postage of the Apostilled document anywhere in Australia or we can arrange international delivery via DHL Express Worldwide for an additional cost. You can select your preferred option for delivery in the booking form. We will also email you a scanned copy of the Apostilled document as soon as it is completed by DFAT.

Please note that the document must be Notarised by an Australian Notary Public before sending to Swift Authentication for the Apostille. A Justice of the Peace (JP) is not authorised to certify documents for use overseas and a document certified by a JP is not accepted by DFAT for Apostille.
