ASIC Fees:
- Search fees apply to ASIC documents

DFAT Timeframes
- Electronic documents: 2 to 4 business days from booking
- Physical documents: 2 to 4 business days from receipt of original

*Discounted Notary Fees:
Docs 2 to 4: 9% discount off the standard price
Docs 5 to 9: 18% discount
Docs 10 to 19: 27% discount
Docs 20 to 29: 36% discount
Docs 30 to 39: 45% discount
Docs 40 to 50: 54% discount

For example, if you have 5 documents, the first document is at the standard price, documents 2–4 are each 9% off the standard price, and the 5th document is 18% off the standard price.

Additional Charges (excluding GST)
- Documents over 5 pages incur an additional fee of $10 for each set of 5 pages over
- Already Notarised Documents and Documents Categorised as 'Other' in the Booking Platform: Additional $20 per document
- Hard-Copy Univeristy Testamurs and Transcripts: Additional $30 per document
- First hard-copy document in a Booking: Additional $20
- There is an additional Notary fee of $11 for some document types. Please refer to the booking platform for more information.
